One bot for the whole server

Run your Discord server from a browser, not from memory

Everhall puts music, moderation, protection, tickets, levels, roles, welcomes, automation and notifications behind a single web control centre — so setting a server up is a page you read, not a page of slash commands you memorise.

Adding Everhall is free. Moderation, protection and suggestions are never behind a paywall.

The control centre: modules on the left, the live player on the right. Everything here is the real interface.

Everything a server actually needs

Fifteen working modules. Each one has a dashboard page that changes what the bot does — not a switch that stores a flag nothing reads.

Music

A real queue with search, playlists, loop, shuffle, autoplay and volume — driven from Discord or from the dashboard player, which is the same code path.

Moderation

Warn, timeout, kick and ban with a numbered case history, escalation rules and a role-hierarchy check that refuses an action Discord would reject anyway.

AutoMod and protection

Content rules with exemptions you control, plus raid detection, quarantine and a one-click lockdown that restores every channel exactly as it was.

Tickets

Panels members open with a button, private channels for support staff, claim and close flows, and an HTML transcript kept after the channel is gone.

Levels

Message XP with cooldowns, multipliers, role rewards, a rank card and a leaderboard — plus an audit trail for every manual adjustment.

Role menus

Self-serve roles from buttons or a dropdown, published to any channel, with diagnostics that tell you when a role has moved out of reach.

Welcome and goodbye

Generated welcome cards, embeds or both, sent to a channel, a DM or each independently — with a live preview rendered by the bot itself.

Automation

Custom commands with your own triggers, temporary voice rooms members own, suggestion voting with a decision workflow, and live server-stat counters.

Notifications

YouTube uploads, RSS and Atom feeds, and GitHub releases delivered into a channel. Only sources with an official public feed — Everhall does not scrape.

A control centre, not a wall of commands

Sign in with Discord and you see exactly the servers where you hold Manage Server. Nothing more.

Live, not cached

Player state, voice channels and module health stream from the running bot, so the page shows what is true right now.

Permissions named up front

A missing Discord permission is named before you press the button, not reported as a failure afterwards.

Every change recorded

Each configuration change writes an audit entry with who made it, when, and the before and after.

English and Arabic

The whole interface is translated, and the layout mirrors properly in right-to-left — not a flipped afterthought.

Three steps to a configured server

  1. 1

    Add the bot

Authorise Everhall in the server you manage. It asks only for the permissions its modules need — never Administrator.

  2. 2

Log in with the same Discord account. Your servers appear automatically; the ones without the bot show an invite button instead.

  3. 3

    Turn on what you need

Enable the modules you want and configure them from their pages. Turning a module off keeps its configuration for later.
